Easy Party Dips: Savory Garlic and Cheese Dip

cheese dip

Here is another of our easy party dips – a garlic and cheese dip.

This is a great cold dip appetizer to make for your next party because it actually tastes better if you make it the day ahead.

I am always happy to find make ahead dishes for entertaining. Anything to keep it easier on the cook!

How to Make Cheese Dip

This fabulous tasting dip recipe combines garlic with 2 cheeses and a few other ingredients you probably have on hand and turns it into an easy garlicky cheese dip recipe. It is simple and delicious.

You mix the Parmesan cheese with the cream cheese first. Then add the sour cream, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce.

Finely chop green onions and fresh parsley. Mix these two ingredients into the dip bowl and season with salt and pepper.

Cover the bowl and let it sit in the fridge until you are ready to use it. Letting it sit for a few hours allows the flavors to meld together even more, so by the time you serve it, it’s even more delicious than it was when you first made it.

Serve your cheese dip with all sorts of easy dippers, from carrot and celery sticks, to sliced colorful peppers, mushrooms, chopped broccoli and cauliflower or even fresh snow peas.

This dip is also good with crackers or even tortilla chips.

I hope you enjoy it.
