Quick Pie

This quick pie recipe was originally submitted to Cookingnook.com by Barb Bristow of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.

It’s an easy cream pie recipe that is ready in minutes.

The recipe creates a great tasting pie filling from just 3 ingredients, cream cheese, milk and instant pudding mix.

Use any flavor of pudding you want – chocolate, pistachio, vanilla, caramel. You choose the flavor of pie you are in the mood for.

That is one of the things I like about this cream pie recipe. It’s versatile. Use whatever you want to flavor the pie.

I also love that the pie uses ingredients that you probably have on hand. This is a recipe that you can put together quickly for a weeknight family dessert or when someone drops over unexpectedly.

I have these ingredients on hand to make sure I can make this if I need a quick dessert recipe.

Jello recipes are wonderful for things like this. They make great easy dessert recipes that taste great too.
