indian cheese masala

ingridents:
100 grams cheddar cheese grated
50 grams mozzarella cheese grated
1 green pepper cubed
1 onoin chopped
1 cup chopped green onion
1/2 cup carrot
2 table spoons of butter
1 table spoon of ginger and garlic paste mixed
salt for your taste
black pepper for your taste
preparation:
add butter in the pan and let it melt and heat add onion and fry it when onion is half cooked add the ginger garlic paste and cook untill the ginger garlic smell goes then add green pepper and the carrot mix it leave it until the green pepper is half cooked add salt and pepper mix it then add the cheddar cheese mix it off the stove and let it melt in the heat of vegetables fill it in a bowl and put the green onion above the dish in the bowl add the mozzarella cheese above the green onion cook in microwave for 5 min then the masala is ready to serve .
Serve hot .
